Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Exposure to Project Sales, Market Development, Construction Chemicals,
Paints, Tiles, Cement, or related industries will be preferred.
Experience

2–6 years of relevant experience in technical services, project support,
market development, or construction-related industries.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Market Development
-
Drive technical support initiatives and ensure effective execution in
assigned markets.
-
Conduct product awareness programs, technical seminars, and training
sessions for contractors, builders, architects, engineers, painters, and
applicators.
-
Promote company products and services through customer engagement activities
and influencer meets.
-
Provide technical guidance and construction-related support to customers and
end users.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, retailers,
contractors, architects, engineers, and other influencers.
-
Address customer complaints and inquiries through defined processes.
-
Gather customer feedback and support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Participate in customer-focused marketing and engagement programs.
Training & Technical Education
-
Conduct product and application training programs for customers,
applicators, dealers, and internal teams.
-
Enhance technical knowledge and awareness of company products among
stakeholders.
Market Intelligence
-
Monitor competitor activities, products, and promotional schemes.
-
Provide market feedback and insights to support business growth and product
development.
Quality & Product Evaluation
-
Assist in monitoring product performance and quality consistency.

Coordinate product testing and collect feedback from market users.

Work closely with Quality and Product Management teams to resolve
product-related concerns.
Business Development Support
-
Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and develop new business
opportunities.

Support marketing initiatives aimed at increasing product awareness and
market penetration.

Build relationships with technical institutions, industry bodies, and
government departments for approvals and certifications.
Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Product teams to ensure
customer satisfaction and business objectives are achieved.

Participate in cross-functional projects and business improvement
initiatives.
