Experience: 4 to 8 years of hands-on support experience with ACI
Base24-eps applications.
Proven track record in application support roles within the cards and
payments domain.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Base24-eps payment systems.
Act as the first responder for production issues, ensuring minimal
downtime.
Diagnose and resolve transaction failures, ISO 8583 message issues, and
system outages.
Handle transaction failures, outages, and performance issues with a
structured problem-solving approach.
Support integration of Base24-eps with other bank systems and external
card schemes.
Collaborate across teams, clearly explaining technical issues to
stakeholders.
Maintain and support payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and
settlement processes.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging systems.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Base24-eps modules and integration processes.
Good understanding of payment networks, ATM/POS/Ecom systems, and
settlement workflows.
Ability to work effectively in a 24×7 support model.
