Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with 6–8 years of expertise to design and develop scalable
data pipelines supporting enterprise healthcare data integration and transformation. The role involves
working with modern data engineering frameworks including Databricks and DBT to build robust ETL/ELT
workflows. The engineer will collaborate closely with architects and analysts to convert business rules into
technical transformation specifications, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable data solutions
within a healthcare data environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks
• Develop data transformation logic based on business definitions
• Convert business rules into technical transformation specifications
• Build scalable data processing workflows
• Develop and maintain dbt models
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting
Optimize pipeline performance
• Collaborate with architects and analysts
Required Skills:
• 6–8 years of data engineering experience
• Strong experience with Databricks
• Hands-on experience with dbt
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Python skills
• Experience building enterprise ETL pipelines
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
• Knowledge of healthcare data
