Develop and maintain project scope, delivery plans, tasks, timelines,
resources, budgets, and scope statements.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure
project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality
standards.
Work closely with the Sales and Solutions team to ensure the scope,
timeline, and the commercials of the project are clearly defined and
agreed upon.
Identify the right set of subject matter experts/facilitators to deliver
different project modules across the project lifecycle and ensure
logistics are taken into account (Date Freezing, Travel, Accommodation,
etc.)
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively
manage issues as they arise.
Ensure all stakeholders (Internal & External) are aligned on project
timelines, deliverables, logistics, and quality expectations are met.
Ensure project and workshop feedback is collected, collated, and published
for each module delivered.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior
management.
