brand partners and a fast-growing retail partner network in Bangalore and
Delhi NCR.
The Role
We are looking for a Marketplace Lead to own retailer acquisition and
activation for Epik. This person will build and run the engine that
onboards retail store partners across categories and gets them live on
Home Demo and Live Demo, directly driving the supply side of our
marketplace. You will report to the CCMO and work closely with category,
operations and marketing teams to convert retail relationships into a
structural growth lever for Epik. This is a high-ownership, target-driven
role suited to someone who has run a sales organization in a marketplace
or aggregator model and is ready to lead a new category of partner
acquisition from the ground up.
What You Will Own

Build and execute the retailer acquisition strategy across categories
(electronics, personal luxury, BPC, home furnishing and more) in
existing and new cities.

Onboard retail store partners onto Epik and activate them on Home Demo
and Live Demo formats, ensuring fast time-to-first-demo.

Own the retailer funnel end to end: outreach, pitch, onboarding,
activation and ongoing engagement, with clear conversion and throughput
targets.

Drive retailer-side demo-to-sale performance, working with operations to
ensure store partners are demo-ready and incentivised to convert.

Build and lead a retailer partnerships team, including hiring, coaching
and performance management.

Define and refine the retailer value proposition (incremental revenue,
low-friction onboarding, conversion uplift) in partnership with category
and marketing.

Build playbooks for retailer onboarding, training and engagement that
can scale across cities and categories.

Partner with the Category and Brand Partnerships teams to align retailer
supply with brand and category priorities.

Report retailer acquisition, activation and performance metrics to the
CCMO, and use data to continuously improve the funnel.
What We Are Looking For
-
5–9 years of experience in sales, supply or partnerships at a
marketplace, aggregator or platform business, with a track record of
onboarding and scaling partner networks.

Currently operating at an Associate Director / Director level, ideally
from a restaurant, merchant or store partner sales background (such as
food delivery, quick commerce or retail aggregation), with direct
experience driving partner-side sales or conversion.

Strong people leadership experience, having built or managed a field or
partnerships team against targets.

Comfortable owning a number end to end, from funnel design to ground
execution to reporting.

Structured, data-driven approach to running a sales or partnerships
funnel, with the ability to build and refine playbooks.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work closely with
category, operations and marketing teams.

Willingness to travel across cities as Epik scales beyond Bangalore and
Delhi NCR.
