Finance Controller

Job Title: Finance Controller (FC)

Location: Zambia

Industry: Construction / Property Development & Management / Manufacturing

Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA/CMA (Mandatory)

Experience:

• Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Construction, Property Development & Management, or Manufacturing industry.
• Young and dynamic professionals preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost controls.
• Drive cost optimization and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
• Support business planning and financial decision-making.
• Identify business growth opportunities and recommend innovative financial strategies.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance.

Desired Profile:

• Qualified CA or ICWA/CMA is mandatory.
• Experience in Construction, Property Development & Management, or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on cost saving and business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage finance operations for a growing business.
• Willingness to relocate to Zambia.
