Role Summary
The Enterprise Sales Driver is responsible for driving revenue growth by
acquiring and managing large enterprise clients. The person will report into
the Country Manager. The role focuses on building strategic relationships
with banks, financial institutions, and large corporates, while delivering
tailored solutions across payments, technology, and processing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities across target
markets

Drive end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, solutioning,
negotiation, and closure

Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and profitability targets

Develop strategic account plans for high-value clients
2. Solution Selling & Proposal Management

Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ responses in collaboration with product, delivery, and
technical teams

Design commercially viable and competitive proposals

Present solutions and value propositions to senior stakeholders
3. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Stay updated on industry trends (real-time payments, cards, digital
wallets, AI-driven payments, etc.)

Track competitor offerings and pricing benchmarks

Identify emerging opportunities across markets and segments
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product, delivery, legal, and finance teams to ensure
successful deal structuring

Support contract negotiations, including commercials, SLAs, and risk

6. Qualifications & Experience
