Role Summary

The Director – Enterprise Accounts is responsible for driving strategic growth across key enterprise clients (banks, financial institutions, and large corporates). This role will lead revenue expansion, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and own end-to-end account strategy to maximize long-term value and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Account Management

• Own and grow relationships with Tier-1 enterprise clients (banks, NBFCs, fintechs).
• Develop and execute multi-year account strategies aligned with client and company objectives.
• Act as the primary executive sponsor for key accounts.

2. Revenue Growth & Commercial Ownership

• Own P&L for assigned accounts.
• Lead contract renewals, and fee restructures, along   with Sales teams.

3. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong C-suite and senior management relationships.
• Serve as trusted advisor on payments modernization, card issuing/acquiring, and digital transformation.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

5. Delivery Oversight & Governance

• Oversee service delivery and SLA performance for key accounts.
• Drive issue resolution, escalation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure governance frameworks are in place for account performance tracking.

6. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

• Track industry trends (RTP, cards, acquiring, AI-led payments, stablecoins).
• Position the organization as a strategic partner through insights and innovation-led discussions.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 12–18+ years in enterprise sales/account management within payments, fintech, or banking technology.
• Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of:
