FP&A

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Perform monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual vs. Forecast) and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and profitability across business units.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Track key financial KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist in business case preparation, investment analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain financial reporting standards.
• Support internal and external audits by providing financial analysis and documentation.
• Continuously improve FP&A processes through automation and reporting enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
• Experience in Financial Modeling and Business Analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, TM1, or Power BI is preferred.
