Senior Manager – AI/ML (Generative AI, LLM & Agentic AI)

Location: Noida / Bengaluru / Pune / Gurugram
Experience: 8–14 Years (4–5+ years in hands-on AI/ML Model Development)

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Design, build, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models , with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, VLMs, and Agentic AI .
• Hands-on experience in AI model development , model hosting, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Work with open-source/open-weight foundation models , Small Language Models (SLMs) , and scalable model fine-tuning.
• Strong knowledge of GPU utilization , compute optimization, and efficient model execution on cost-effective infrastructure.
• Experience in data curation , model training, inference optimization, and production-scale AI deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with experience delivering enterprise AI solutions.

Note: We are looking for candidates with core AI/ML model development experience , not just AI application or use-case implementation.
