Reinsurance Operations Professional

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Reinsurance Operations for Ceded and/or Assumed Reinsurance.
• Process Treaty and Facultative (FAC) contracts.
• Handle premium and claims processing, bordereaux, billings, collections, and cash application.
• Process profit commission, sliding scale commission, reinstatement premium, and premium adjustments.
• Coordinate with brokers, reinsurers, and internal teams for timely processing.
• Ensure SLA adherence and support process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Experience in Reinsurance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Treaty, Facultative (FAC), Bordereaux, Claims, Premium, and Cash Settlement processes.
• Hands-on experience with Reinsurance systems such as Duck Creek, Genius, URS, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
