Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling, with significant exposure to the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) for banking applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data models.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to enterprise data governance standards.
• Optimize database design for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support data integration and data warehousing initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Data Modeler.
• Skills: Strong Data Modeler, with Erwin Oracle SQL
• Strong experience in the Banking domain.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) implementation projects is highly desirable.
• Exposure to AWS Redshift and cloud-based data warehousing solutions is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of banking regulatory and compliance data requirements is a plus.
