German Language Expert - Accounts Receivable
Job Summary:
As a German Language Expert specializing in Accounts Receivable, you will play
a vital role in managing and optimizing financial transactions while providing
exceptional service to our clients. Your proficiency in the German language
will enhance communication and contribute to the smooth functioning of our
financial operations in the US shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and
accurate billing and collections.

Communicate with clients in German, addressing inquiries and resolving
payment issues efficiently.

Conduct regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate records of
account activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the billing process
and improve client satisfaction.

Prepare and submit financial reports related to accounts receivable on a
monthly basis.

Monitor aging accounts and initiate follow-up actions as necessary to reduce
outstanding balances.

Utilize financial software tools to track accounts and update client
information accurately.
Requirements:

Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal
communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a
related field.

Proven experience in accounts receivable or finance operations, preferably
in a BPO or shared services environment.

Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving
abilities.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with financial
software is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Understanding of accounting principles and financial processes related to
accounts receivable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Germany.
