Senior Data Modeler - Banking and Financial Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Modeler with over 10 years of experience
in the Banking and Financial Services domain. In this critical role, you will
design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models that drive our banking
applications, ensuring high data quality and performance to support business
growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive enterprise data models
(conceptual, logical, and physical) tailored for banking applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to
comprehend business requirements and convert them into scalable, effective
data models.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data
governance standards throughout all modeling initiatives.

Optimize database design to enhance performance, scalability, and
maintainability within the organization.

Support and contribute to data integration and data warehousing projects,
aligning data strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:

10+ years of direct experience as a Data Modeler in the Banking sector, with
a proven track record of successful projects.

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including data modeling,
schema design, and performance optimization capabilities.

Profound knowledge of SQL and foundational database design principles.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes to support
analytical needs.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, enabling
effective collaboration across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) implementation projects is highly
desirable and advantageous to our goals.

Exposure to AWS Redshift and proficiency in cloud-based data warehousing
solutions will set candidates apart.
