Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end insurance operations across multiple lines of business.
• Define and execute business strategies to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
• Manage large global delivery teams and ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Own P&L, resource planning, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Mentor and develop leadership teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support new business opportunities and account growth.
