Job Summary:

The Bordereaux Production/Submission Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely preparation, review, and validation of premium, claims, and risk Bordereaux in compliance with Lloyd's and market requirements. This position directly impacts the efficiency of processing within the London Market and enhances operational excellence at ExlService Holdings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and validate premium, claims, and risk Bordereaux according to Lloyd's and market standards.
• Review Bordereaux submissions for accuracy and completeness prior to final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with market requirements.
• Analyze and rectify discrepancies found during the Bordereaux validation process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lloyd’s insurance practices and Xchanging processes.
• Provide support and training to junior staff on Bordereaux preparation and compliance.
• Monitor and report on Bordereaux performance metrics to optimize operational workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Bordereaux production within the London Market.
• Strong understanding of Lloyd's of London Market processes and Xchanging operations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools utilized in Bordereaux preparation.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess and reduce discrepancies in submissions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data analysis tools and reporting frameworks related to insurance operations.
• Certification in insurance or financial services (e.g., ACII, CII) is advantageous.
• Understanding of automated Bordereaux solutions and emerging industry technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives for process improvements in Bordereaux handling.
