Key Responsibilities:

• Team handling of 10 members in Quality Excellence.
• Drive process improvements and ensure delivery excellence in P&C Insurance domain.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct reviews, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain compliance and service standards.

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years in P&C Insurance with proven quality excellence exposure.
• Prior experience in team management preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
