Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OTC (Order to Cash) professional with strong expertise in Credit Control and London Market (Lloyd's) Insurance operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end receivables, collections, broker/client relationships, and credit risk within the London Market insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) process, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation.
• • Drive Credit Control activities by monitoring outstanding receivables, following up on overdue accounts, and reducing aged debt.
  • Liaise with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment disputes and collection-related queries.
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of unapplied cash and outstanding balances.
  • Monitor ageing reports, credit exposure, and collection performance while ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with London Market (Lloyd's) accounting processes and insurance industry regulations.
  • Prepare MIS reports, collection dashboards, and management reports.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, finance, claims, and other business teams to ensure smooth OTC operations.
  • Mentor junior team members and support operational excellence initiatives.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–12 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable, or Credit Control .
  • Mandatory experience in London Market (Lloyd's) Insurance .
  • Strong understanding of insurance premium collections, broker accounting, and receivables management.
  • Hands-on experience in customer collections, account reconciliations, cash application, and dispute resolution.
  • Good understanding of ageing analysis, credit risk management, and collection strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar finance platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
