PMO Manager
Job Summary:
The
PMO Business Performance & Governance Manager
will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and strategic
alignment across various business units. This position is responsible for
ensuring that leadership decision-making is supported by robust analytics,
effective action tracking, and comprehensive performance reviews, directly
impacting the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive leadership operating cadence by coordinating global operations reviews
and weekly leadership forums, ensuring effective action tracking and
resolution of issues.

Partner with Operations, FP&A, and business leaders to develop executive
presentations, actionable dashboards, and high-quality decision-support
materials.

Provide strategic insights and conduct business health analysis to identify
risks and opportunities for leadership decision-making.

Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), formulate OKRs, and oversee
performance tracking and execution governance across teams.

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment, accountability,
and timely delivery of key objectives.

Oversee budgeting processes, target setting, compliance, audit readiness,
and maintain data integrity within the organization.

Work closely with senior management to align geographic strategies with
company goals and objectives.
Requirements:

MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant designation required.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.

7-8 years of relevant experience in PMO, business performance, and
governance.

Strong financial, business, and strategic acumen demonstrated through
previous roles.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support skills with a
track record of delivering results.

Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management
capabilities.

Advanced Excel proficiency, along with data analysis and presentation
development skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in driving strategy execution through OKRs and governance
frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive execution
across diverse teams.

Strong project/program management experience with a focus on
cross-functional coordination.
