Financial Reporting & Analysis : • Oversee the preparation of local GAAP adjustments and finalize local entity trial balances through detailed analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. • Ensure the generation of accurate, comprehensive financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) along with supporting notes and schedules. • Lead flux analysis efforts to identify significant variances in financial statements, providing actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.

Description for Internal Candidates

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Process Improvement & Compliance:

• Oversee and drive improvements in financial systems and processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and emerging industry trends.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Education & Certification:

• Semi-qualified accountant (CA, CMA, CPA, ACCA, etc.) with a strong preference for CA candidates.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus).
