Accounts Receivable - Credit Control Specialist
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable - Credit Control Specialist plays a pivotal role in
managing collections and tackling delinquency issues within the finance
department. This position is crucial for optimizing cash flow and ensuring the
organization's financial health by effectively handling credit control and
query management.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely collections
from clients and minimizing overdue accounts.

Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of outstanding accounts, utilizing
knowledge of both Bureau and Non-Bureau markets.

Resolves queries raised by customers regarding invoices and payments,
driving customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company
policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to address collection issues and enhance
operational procedures.

Supervise and guide junior team members in daily activities while fostering
a productive working environment.

Prepare detailed reports on collections and delinquency trends for senior

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or any related finance field.

Proven experience in credit control and collections, with a solid
understanding of the
London Market.

Strong knowledge of cash flow management and credit assessment processes.
