Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team responsible for Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, and Collections.
Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
Handle domestic and international collection activities through email and phone communication.
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue invoices and resolve customer payment disputes.
Monitor AR aging reports and prioritize collection efforts based on risk and aging.
Oversee accurate and timely cash application while resolving unapplied and unidentified cash.
Collaborate with clients, sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
Track team productivity, quality, and SLA adherence while implementing continuous process improvements.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and internal controls.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.
