Core Data Scientist – NLP and Machine Learning

Job Summary:

The Core Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML) will play a pivotal role in developing advanced AI solutions that drive our company's innovation. This position will leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance product offerings and improve customer experiences through insightful data analysis and intelligent algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement NLP models to analyze and process large datasets, extracting meaningful patterns and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into existing products and services.
• Conduct experiments and tests to validate model accuracy and improve performance, using Python and relevant libraries.
• Produce clear and detailed documentation of algorithms, processes, and model performance for internal stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and natural language processing technologies.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and interns on best practices and methods in data science.
• Serve as a thought leader in NLP within the organization, contributing innovative ideas towards product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's or PhD is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing ML models and frameworks, particularly in the context of NLP applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and NLTK.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis methods and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information into understandable concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data manipulation and integration tools, such as SQL, Pandas, or similar technologies.
