Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This role is vital in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets using DBT, Snowflake, and SAS to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Create comprehensive data visualizations and reports using Python to present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Utilize statistical analysis methods to validate data trends and inform business strategies.
• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular monitoring and troubleshooting of data systems.
• Stay updated with industry best practices in data analysis and tools to recommend improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools, specifically DBT, Snowflake, SAS, and Python.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional programming languages such as R or SQL.
