Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AWS Lead Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud services, Snowflake, PySpark, and SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions while ensuring high performance and data quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services and Snowflake.
• Develop data ingestion and transformation frameworks using AWS Glue , AWS Lambda , and Amazon EMR .
• Build and optimize enterprise data warehouse solutions using Amazon Redshift and Snowflake .
• Implement automated data loading solutions using SnowSQL and Snowpipe .
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Advanced Python and PySpark .
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data transformation, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and pipeline optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data engineering solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• AWS: Glue, Lambda, EMR, Redshift
• Snowflake: SnowSQL, Snowpipe
• Programming: Advanced Python, PySpark
• SQL: Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Ranking Functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK, ROW_NUMBER)
  • Tables & Schema Design
  • Inner Joins & Left Joins
  • Window Functions
  • Complex Query Writing & Performance Optimization

 

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in AWS-based Data Engineering.
