Data Scientist - GenAI & Large Language Models

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with a strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning to design, develop, and optimize AI workflows leveraging GenAI and LLM techniques. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing intelligent automation across insurance processes such as underwriting, claims processing, and loss run extraction, integrating advanced AI solutions for improved decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Prompt Engineering and AI solutions tailored for insurance use cases.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for document extraction, claims summarization, and underwriting risk assessment.
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows to facilitate multi-step reasoning and thorough document processing.
• Develop RAG-based architectures to ensure contextual understanding of intricate policies and claims data.
• Apply various ML/DL concepts including classification, clustering, and sequence modeling to enhance LLM outputs.
• Integrate traditional ML/NLP modules with LLM pipelines, creating hybrid AI solutions to meet diverse needs.
• Collaborate effectively with underwriting, claims, and actuarial teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and GenAI application development.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in NLP frameworks.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, LLM platforms, and frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases such as Pinecone and FAISS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API integrations.
