Job Summary:

The Power BI Dashboard Developer plays a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights through the design and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data trends and insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Utilize Copilot capabilities within Power BI and related tools to accelerate report development and enhance user experience.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization for reports to support reliable decision-making.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows by implementing AI-assisted features.
• Create visually compelling and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs to engage users and enhance usability.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Power BI with in-depth knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M Language).
• Strong SQL skills to query databases and extract meaningful insights.
• Experience in dashboard development with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex business requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices and an eye for design to create compelling reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
