Lead Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting
Job Summary:
The Lead Assistant Manager in Finance & Accounting will play a crucial
role in our organization by overseeing financial reporting and ensuring
compliance with accounting standards such as UK GAAP and IFRS 15 & 16.
This position requires a blend of strong leadership, technical expertise, and
excellent stakeholder communication to drive process improvements and maintain
accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to ensure high-performance standards and effective
collaboration within the finance department.

Prepare and review financial statements while ensuring adherence to
accounting standards, including UK GAAP and IFRS 15 & 16.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and
accuracy of financial reporting.

Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure
alignment on financial objectives and updates.

Coordinate audit activities and assist in audit preparation, ensuring
compliance with relevant regulations.

Conduct regular reconciliations and produce comprehensive reporting to
support financial decision-making.
Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting.

Proven knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, month-end closing
processes, and preparing financial statements.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
environment.

Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills as
essential requirements.

High level of understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS 15 & 16 standards.

Excellent communication skills, with strong client interaction capabilities.
