Lead Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

* Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
* Perform variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual, Forecast vs. Actual).
* Develop and maintain financial models.
* Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
* Analyze revenue, costs, profitability, and key business metrics.
* Partner with business stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making.
* Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
* Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
* Present financial insights to senior management.
