Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate telecom infrastructure delivery projects end-to-end.

Interact regularly with service delivery providers/vendors to ensure timely execution.

Act as the primary interface with clients for project delivery and status updates.

Drive capacity management and infrastructure monitoring activities.

Coordinate project deployment and implementation across stakeholders.
Required Skills

Strong experience in telecom infrastructure delivery.

Hands-on exposure to capacity management and infrastructure monitoring.

Basic understanding of network infrastructure and telecom technologies.

Experience managing project deployments.

Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and client-facing communication skills.
Target Profile:

Telecom delivery/project coordination background – Airtel/Jio/Voda etc.

Experience working with telecom service providers or telecom infrastructure projects.
Description
Telecom is responsible for enterprise telecom capacity planning, demand forecasting, circuit commissioning, provider governance, telecom optimization, and service delivery across the organization's global network infrastructure. The role ensures adequate network capacity, resilient connectivity, optimized telecom costs, and seamless delivery of telecom services supporting business operations across WAN, Internet, MPLS, and Cloud.
The incumbent will work closely with Network Operations, Infrastructure, Business, Project Management, and Telecom Service Providers to ensure high availability, scalability and operational excellence across the telecom environment. Experience managing multi-site enterprise WAN environments and telecom service providers and must possess Average working knowledge of enterprise networking and telecom technologies.
