Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake and Python to design, develop, and optimize cloud-based data solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, developing data models, and working with large-scale data in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Snowflake.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and Python.
• Develop Snowflake objects including databases, schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, tasks, and streams.
• Implement data ingestion using Snowpipe and other Snowflake-native capabilities.
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize query performance.
• Develop Python scripts for data transformation, automation, and workflow enhancement.
• Work with structured and semi-structured data such as JSON, Parquet, and CSV.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing data pipelines.
• Follow best practices for data security, governance, version control, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of experience in Data Engineering or Snowflake Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in query tuning and performance optimization.
• Experience in designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with PySpark, dbt, or Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to data warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
