Head Banking & Capital Markets

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) professional with strong domain expertise in investment banking, capital markets, or financial services. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of banking products, trade lifecycle, regulatory requirements, and capital market operations while collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with business users, product owners, and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Understand and support front, middle, and back-office operations.
• Participate in requirement workshops, gap analysis, solution design, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze trade lifecycle processes, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry standards.
• Support transformation, digital modernization, and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• Strong domain knowledge of Banking & Capital Markets .
• Experience in one or more of the following:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
