Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, report development, dashboard creation, and data visualization. The ideal candidate should have practical experience using Power BI Copilot to accelerate report creation, generate DAX expressions, and obtain visualization suggestions.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL , along with the ability to translate business requirements into interactive, accurate, and user-friendly dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports .
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Utilize Power BI Copilot capabilities for report creation, DAX generation, visualization suggestions, and insight generation.
• Develop and optimize DAX measures and calculations to support business reporting requirements.
• Use Power Query (M Language) for data transformation, cleansing, and preparation.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards and reports.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting workflows using AI-assisted features.
• Create visually compelling, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards aligned with business needs.
• Optimize report performance and improve overall dashboard usability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of strong hands-on experience with Power BI .
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Power BI Report Development .
• Strong practical experience with Power BI Copilot , including report creation, DAX generation, and visualization recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M Language) .
• Good hands-on experience in SQL .
• Strong experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
• Good understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices.
• Ability to work from the office 5 days a week .
• Comfortable working in the 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM shift.
