Chief of Staff-PMO

Position: Chief of Staff – Business Finance & Strategy
Experience: 7–8 Years
Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / B.Com

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in FP&A, Business Finance, PMO, Program Management, and Corporate Strategy who can partner with senior leadership to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive leadership governance, PMO, and business performance reviews.
• Prepare executive dashboards, business insights, and decision-support presentations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, OKRs, KPIs, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and execution.
• Develop board and executive-level presentations and monitor key transformation programs.
• Work closely with senior management on business planning, governance, and performance management.
