Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
OTC (Order-to-Cash) professional
with strong expertise in the
London Market Insurance domain
and
Credit Control
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing receivables,
collections, broker/client interactions, and ensuring timely cash recovery
while maintaining compliance with London Market processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
processes within the London Market Insurance domain.

Perform
Credit Control
activities, including collections, outstanding debt management, and cash
recovery.

Monitor aged receivables and drive timely collection of overdue balances.

Liaise with brokers, clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to
resolve payment-related queries.

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate payment discrepancies.
-
Ensure accurate cash allocation and maintenance of receivable records.

Prepare ageing reports, collection dashboards, and management MIS.

Support month-end closing activities related to receivables and collections.

Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to internal
controls and SLAs.

Collaborate with global stakeholders and participate in governance calls.
Mandatory Skills

Strong experience in
Order-to-Cash (OTC)
operations.

Hands-on expertise in
Credit Control/Collections
.

Experience in the
London Market Insurance
domain is mandatory.

Good understanding of receivables management, cash application,
reconciliations, and ageing analysis.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).

Ability to work in
UK shifts
from the Noida office.
Preferred Experience

Experience working with global insurance clients.

Knowledge of London Market systems and insurance processes.

Exposure to ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
