Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in React.js and Node.js, along with experience in RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL, authentication and authorization, and modern application development practices.

The candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend technologies, contributing to architectural decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. Experience in leveraging Generative AI in day-to-day development activities is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end frontend and backend applications.
• Build responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Design and implement microservices architecture and service-to-service communication.
• Implement REST API capabilities including pagination, filtering, versioning, error handling, and validation.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, designing scalable schemas and ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Handle large data payloads, asynchronous processing, batch processing, and real-time data patterns.
• Improve application performance and scalability through code refactoring, caching, optimization, and efficient system design.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using technologies and standards such as OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.
• Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements and wireframes into production-ready solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions, technical design, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Leverage Generative AI / GenAI tools and capabilities in day-to-day development activities to improve productivity, coding efficiency, problem-solving, documentation, testing, and development workflows.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders and contribute to successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Very strong hands-on experience with React.js and Node.js.
• Strong experience in JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and service-to-service communication.
• Experience handling large data payloads, asynchronous processing, batch processing, and real-time processing patterns.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC for authentication and authorization.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases and strong SQL querying skills.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, caching, scalability, and code refactoring.
• Experience using Generative AI / GenAI tools in day-to-day software development activities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git-based version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to LLMs, AI-assisted coding tools, prompt engineering, or GenAI application development.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale and high-availability applications.
