Manager - R2R Insurance Accounting
Job Summary:
The R2R plays a critical role in managing the financial activities with
all R2R Process with reinsurance accounting. This position contributes
to the integrity of financial reporting and ensures compliance with industry
standards, impacting the overall efficiency of our operations at leading
organizations
Key Responsibilities:

Manage Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring accuracy in financial
statements related to insurance accounts.

Oversee the management and reconciliation of premium receivables, incurred
but not reported (IBNR), and claims payable.

Conduct thorough audits of ceded reinsurance accounting to maintain
compliance and accuracy.

Collaborate with internal teams to prepare timely financial reports and
provide insights into account status.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and
enhance financial operations.

Act independently as an individual contributor, prioritizing tasks and
managing workloads efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain accurate records to support
financial audits.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com) or a related field.
R2R + Insurance Accounting experience

Must have exp in
ceded DAC/premium receivable, /IBNR/ Claims payable
.

Proven experience in insurance accounting, particularly in Record to Report
(RTR) processes.

Strong knowledge of ceded reinsurance accounting and premium receivables
management.

Experience with incurred but not reported (IBNR) claims and claims payable.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic
environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools.

Professional certifications in accounting or finance, such as CPA or CFA,
are a plus.
