Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated professional for the RTR (Record to Report) – Controllership & Financial Reporting function. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in general accounting, financial reporting, month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and controllership processes. The role requires close collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

RTR & Controllership

• Manage end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) activities.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support controllership activities and governance processes.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial statements and provide variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP requirements.
• Assist in statutory and management reporting activities.

Reconciliation & Compliance

• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and substantiation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items and accounting discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to SOX and other compliance requirements where applicable.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business finance teams, auditors, and global stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in RTR, Controllership, or Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
