EXL is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst with experience in the London Market Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the end-to-end policy lifecycle, policy processing, premium reconciliation, and credit control. The role involves managing policy queries, processing insurance documentation, and ensuring accurate premium accounting while maintaining service quality.
Manage Accounts Receivable and transactional activities for London Market Insurance.
Handle policy query management and policy binding activities.
Understand and process the end-to-end insurance policy lifecycle.
Review and update MRC (Market Reform Contract), Slips, and Bureau Market policy documents.
Update policy information accurately in client systems.
Perform premium calculations, endorsements, and premium adjustments.
Process XIS Signings, LPANs, and XIS submissions.
Resolve credit control and premium-related queries within defined SLAs.
Coordinate with underwriting, brokers, and internal stakeholders for policy and premium-related activities.
Ensure compliance with London Market standards and client-specific guidelines.
Experience in London Market Insurance Operations.
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control processes.
Strong understanding of Policy Administration and Policy Binding.
Hands-on experience with MRC, Slips, Bureau Market documents, XIS Signings, LPANs, and XIS submissions.
Knowledge of premium calculations and endorsements.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Candidates from organizations such as WNS, Genpact, Xceedence, QX Global, Accenture, or other London Market Insurance organizations are preferred.
