Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI . This is the first AI Engineering hire for the team, making it a high-impact individual contributor role. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions while contributing to architecture and technical decision-making.

The candidate should possess strong hands-on coding skills in Python and practical experience in building AI applications using modern LLM frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Azure AI services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications.
• Build multi-agent and multi-step workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop RAG-based solutions using vector databases, embeddings, chunking, and semantic search.
• Integrate OpenAI APIs and Azure AI Foundry services into enterprise applications.
• Implement AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation using LangSmith.
• Design secure AI applications by implementing LLM guardrails and security best practices.
• Build and deploy AI solutions using Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
• Work with MCP Server for enterprise AI integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on solution design, architecture, and technical strategy.
• Drive end-to-end ownership of AI solutions from design to production deployment.
