Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Project activities of contractors and subcontractors at site and Maintain a Daily Progress records of Project activities i.e. manpower, machinery, work output etc.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction and interior finishes.
• Preparation and verification of measurement sheets, Pour Cards, MTCs, Test Reports etc. and maintain site related documentation.
• Possessing experience in installation of precast will be an additional advantage.
• Execution of interiors with best finishes.
• Execution of simple MEP works.
• Preparation of bills to be preferred on clients.
• Enforce safety standards on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Identify potential issues and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction, interiors, and architectural works, with a focus on on-site project management.
• Proficient in construction software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and interior design, with the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of codes and standards related to building construction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
