Sales Executive – Instruments Division
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive for the Instruments Division will play a vital role in
driving revenue growth for Genaxy's focused instruments portfolio in Delhi
NCR. This position demands complete ownership of the instrument business
within the territory, leveraging a targeted, demo-driven sales strategy to
foster alignment with company-defined priority products.
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Genaxy’s focused instruments
range.

Drive sales of key products, including incubators, incubator shakers,
centrifuges, and other priority SKUs finalized for the year.

Conduct product demonstrations and installations, ensuring customers have a
strong understanding of product features and benefits.

Build a robust sales pipeline through regular visits to research labs,
pharmaceutical companies, and academic institutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to demo, negotiation,
and closure.

Ensure effective follow-ups and expedited deal closures with a strong sense
of ownership.

Participate actively in GeM and institutional tenders, ensuring compliance
and timely submission.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing approvals, aligned with the
finalized pricing strategy and deliver timely installation support.
Requirements:

Education: B.Sc or M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or
related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in laboratory instrument sales is preferred.
- Strong hands-on understanding of bench-top lab instruments.

Proven experience in demo-based selling and providing exceptional service
support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly target-oriented and execution-focused.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience handling similar product lines, including shakers,
centrifuges, incubators, and small equipment.

Existing network in Delhi NCR's research labs, pharmaceutical, and academic
institutions.

Ability to independently manage product demos and perform basic
troubleshooting.
