Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in
infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will bridge
the gap between technical design and on-site execution. With min 8 years
of experience, the job seeker must be responsible for overseeing site
operations, ensuring technical compliance, managing subcontractors, and
maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards across the project.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Execution

Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities for infrastructure
projects, including earthworks, road networks, drainage systems, and
structural foundations.

Interpret technical drawings (CAD/BIM), blueprints, and specifications
to ensure accurate execution on the ground.

Coordinate with MEP and utility teams to ensure seamless integration of
services within the infrastructure framework.

Must be able to handle the day to day works involving the execution of
Roadway and utilities, with sound knowledge in execution principles of
external hardscape elements like walkways, amphitheatre, mega water
features, underground water reservoirs and pump rooms.

Should be sound in executing the stand alone structures like cafés,
kiosks, prayer halls and commercial buildings.
2. Progress Tracking

Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
(DPR/WPR) against the project baseline schedule.

Identify potential site delays and implement corrective actions to keep
the project on track.

Conduct regular site meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and
clients.
3. Quality Assurance & Material Management
-
Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet project
specifications and industry standards.

Supervise onsite testing (compaction tests, concrete slump tests, cube
casting) and maintain comprehensive quality records.

Manage material inventory to prevent wastage and ensure timely
procurement.
4. Safety & Compliance
-
Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site.

Ensure all construction activities comply with local municipal
regulations and environmental guidelines.

Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks with the site labor
force.
Required Technical Skills
-
Infrastructure Expertise:
Deep knowledge of road cross-sections, pavement design, sewerage
systems, and industrial canopy structures.

Surveying:
Sound Proficiency in using Total Station, Auto Level, and other modern
surveying instruments.

Software:
Competency in MS Excel (for billing and tracking), AutoCAD.

Estimation & Costing:
Ability to evaluate the Material requirement based on drawings and
manage "Bar Bending Schedules" (BBS).
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in high-value infrastructure projects (Highways, Bridges, or
Industrial Townships).

Knowledge of regional soil conditions and local construction material
markets.

Valid driving license and flexibility to travel to various site
locations as required.
