Regional Manager – Banker Partnerships (Co-op Banks)
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager for Banker Partnerships will play a pivotal role in
driving strategic relationships with cooperative banks across Maharashtra and
Gujarat. This position aims to enhance collaborations and expand our client
base while leading a team of L1 Managers and field sales representatives to
achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage partnerships with cooperative banks, excluding AU SFB,
Saraswat & Central Bank, to foster growth and collaboration.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5-6 L1 Managers, ensuring they meet
performance targets and enhance their professional skills.

Develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at increasing market share
and revenue within the cooperative banking sector.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for business development and partnership enhancement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of
strategies and initiatives related to banker partnerships.

Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, challenges,
and opportunities to senior management.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while
managing banking partnerships.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
MBA preferred.

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with a
focus on managing corporate clients.

Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or account management
within the banking sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse
team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to maintain
strong relationships with stakeholders.

Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess partnership
success and drive improvements.

Willingness to travel frequently across the Maharashtra and Gujarat regions.
