Senior Engineer – SAP FICO (Qualified Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to join our global team in driving large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing SAP finance solutions, leveraging extensive expertise in SAP FICO and related integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Margin Analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP and Non-SAP systems across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Manage cash flow reporting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive SAP archiving and application performance management initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Act as a liaison for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Engage with global teams to share best practices and enhance project delivery strategies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a robust understanding of finance principles and practices.
• A minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands-on functional configuration.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, with demonstrated experience in financial transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FSCM, Treasury, and Risk Management.
• Experience in logistics or healthcare domains, adding value to industry-specific financial requirements.
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with effective communication abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP Archiving and Application Performance Management processes.
