Sales Manager - Prime LAP DSA

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential DSA partners to enhance engagement and achieve business targets.
• Identify new DSA opportunities, conduct presentations, and promote the company's Loan Against Property offerings effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create strategies that drive DSA performance and increase market share.
• Monitor DSA performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvement plans when needed to ensure profitability.
• Provide training and support to DSA partners on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that affect the Loan Against Property sector.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of Loan Against Property products and services, alongside familiarity with DSA operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with clients and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a strategic approach to client management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate performance and implement strategies for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for tracking performance and managing relationships effectively.
