Senior Partner – Wealth (Mutual Funds, AIF & PMS)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial wealth management
professional to join as a Senior Partner – Wealth. The role involves acquiring
and managing High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, family offices,
and corporate clients while providing investment solutions across Mutual
Funds, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Portfolio Management Services
(PMS), fixed-income products, and other wealth offerings.
The ideal candidate should have a strong client network, deep investment knowledge, and a proven track record in wealth acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new HNI, Ultra-HNI, NRI, family office, and corporate clients.
* Build and manage a profitable wealth management portfolio.
* Advise clients on investment strategies aligned with their financial goals
and risk profile.
* Distribute and manage investment products including:
1. Mutual Funds
2. Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)
3. Portfolio Management Services (PMS)
4. Fixed Income/Bonds
5. Structured Products
6. Insurance and other wealth solutions (where applicable)
* Conduct regular portfolio reviews and investment planning meetings.
* Develop long-term relationships through superior advisory and service.
* Collaborate with research, investment, and product teams to provide
customized solutions.
* Stay updated on capital markets, regulatory changes, and investment trends.
* Achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets.
* Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to business growth
initiatives.
