Branch Manager
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will lead a dynamic team, overseeing the daily operations
and performance of the branch & DSA channel management. This role is
essential in driving sales growth, managing relationships, and ensuring
exceptional service delivery. With direct reports including Relationship
Managers and Sales Managers, the Branch Manager will have a significant impact
on achieving the branch's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Managers to
achieve sales targets and enhance team performance.

Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and
profitability in the geographical area.

Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to company policies and
regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong compliance culture.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster
loyalty and drive business growth.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and
development opportunities for team members.

Analyze branch financial reports and performance metrics to identify areas
for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Enhance customer experience by ensuring high-quality service delivery and
addressing client feedback effectively.
Requirements:

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in a management role within the financial
services or banking industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is
required.

Proven experience in managing teams and driving sales performance in a DSA
channel.

Strong understanding of financial products and services, along with the
ability to analyze market trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively
motivate and guide team members.

Proficient in performance management and the ability to foster a
collaborative and high-performance culture.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and
make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business or Finance is a plus.

Experience in managing higher ticket size transactions, particularly in the
range of 20 Lacs to 7.50 Cr.

Demonstrated track record of collaborating with senior management to drive
organizational goals.

Knowledge of CRM software and tools for tracking sales performance and
customer interactions.
