Sales Manager - Prime LAP DSA
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager for Prime LAP DSA plays a crucial role in driving sales
performance and expanding our Direct Selling Agent (DSA) network within the
loan against property (LAP) segment. This position will be instrumental in
building strategic relationships, developing targeted sales strategies, and
ensuring the achievement of team sales targets to contribute to the
organization's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and
annual sales targets in the Prime LAP segment.

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of Direct Selling Agents
to maximize productivity and enhance sales outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry
stakeholders, and potential DSA partners to expand market presence.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Monitor team performance through metrics and sales reports; provide coaching
and support to ensure continuous improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create promotional materials
that support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Conduct regular training sessions to keep the DSA team updated on product
offerings, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in sales management within the financial services
industry, preferably in loans or mortgage products.

Strong understanding of the Direct Selling Agent model, DSA recruitment, and
management.

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
build rapport with diverse individuals.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; analytical skills to
interpret sales data effectively.
