Area Manager - Business Loan (DSA)
Job Summary:
The Area Manager for Business Loan (DSA) plays a crucial role in driving the
company's growth by managing and expanding loan distribution networks within a
designated area. This position involves collaborating with Direct Selling
Agents (DSAs) to enhance loan service offerings and ensure operational
excellence, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and business
revenue.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to increase business loan
distribution through DSAs in the assigned area.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of DSAs, providing training and support
as necessary to drive sales and compliance with company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, ensuring a high level of
service and responsiveness to their needs.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for business growth.

Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting
key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Coordinate with internal departments, such as underwriting and credit, to
streamline the loan application process and enhance customer experience.

Conduct regular field visits to assess customer interactions and ensure
adherence to company standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree
is a plus.

Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably
within the financial services industry.
